Exchange Policy

 

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully as there are no refunds or returns. Exchanges only.

General Returns:

Items with any odor or stains will be automatically denied, without exception. Faja Girl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to weather or USPS disruptions.

Shapewear Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed for a product of the same value of the original item, no refunds are permitted. 
  • Customers must notify us of the exchange via email at infofajagirl@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving the order.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from the destination.
  • Items must be received within 14 days of purchase to be accepted.
  • Please include an exchange slip with the required information.
  • An item exchange will be permitted once per order.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, clean, unworn, with tags, and free of odors/stains.
  • If an item shows signs of use, such as stains, odors, or damages, it will be refused and returned.
  • We recommend shipping items back with a tracking number.
  • We cannot accept any exchange if any garment is tried on without underwear due to USA health regulations.
International Orders:
  • All international orders are eligible for exchange only and must follow the same exchange guidelines listed above.
  • Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with both the original shipment and the exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Faja Girl is NOT responsible for any packages delayed, held, or rejected by customs.
  • Any refused or unclaimed international packages will not be refunded.
  • We highly recommend reaching out for sizing assistance prior to purchasing, as international returns can be costly.

Clearance Items:

Discounted or clearance items are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges, returns, or refunds are allowed, as these items are often liquidated due to low stock or being discontinued.
Bodysuits, Panties, Bras, & Thong Shapers:

  • All sales are final.
  • Due to USA health regulations, returns are not accepted on undergarments or absorbent materials.
  • No returns are offered due to sanitary reasons.
  • Please refer to sizing charts to ensure the correct size is selected.
