Sizing Chart

Everyday

Please refer to our size chart. Avoid downsizing unless explicitly mentioned in the item's description. Be aware that some garments may run large, and such details will be specified in the item description. If you find yourself between sizes, it's advisable to choose a larger size rather than a smaller one. For those with a curvier figure, base your order on your hip/butt ratio, unless you're selecting a waist trainer.

Postpartum

We recommend sizing up by one size from your original size as indicated in the chart. **Note if you had a natural birth you are able to use a faja with hooks, if you had a C-section avoid any garment with hooks**

Post-op Liposuction

It is advised to size up by one size from your original size based on the chart. Doctors may even suggest going up by two sizes. However, ordering your original size is not recommended, as you may experience swelling, especially in the butt/hip area for BBL patients.

Post-op Tummy Tuck

To support the recovery and healing process, we recommend sizing up by two sizes from your original size, following our size chart. Avoid applying pressure to the incision site.
