Currently, we only ship within the USA.

How long until I get my order?

Orders usually take 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed, they are shipped via USPS priority mail, typically taking 2-5 business days. Please note, delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. The complete turnaround time is typically between 3-10 business days. Delays may occur during peak seasons.

Haven't received your package?

Once your item ships, we'll send you the tracking number via email. Check the expected delivery date. If you find no information, drop us an email for assistance. We're not responsible for stolen packages post-delivery

Refunds?

No, refunds aren't offered.

Returns / Exchanges?

Sorry, no returns are allowed, only exchanges. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

Best size for me?

Sizes vary, based on different charts. Carefully review the charts and email us with questions at infofajagirl@gmail.com. No refunds are available

Exchanges?

Exchanges are allowed for the same item but a different size, where applicable. Refer to our exchange policy for details.

Lost / stolen packages?

If you suspect a loss or theft, notify us within 5 business days. Though Route Insurance is included, claims must be made promptly – claims not reported within 5 days may be denied.

What if an exchange item is unavailable?

If the item for exchange is out of stock for more than 7 days, we'll offer a similar product or provide store credit for the item's value. No refunds will be issued

Note: Defective item?

If you received a defective item, contact us within 2 days of receipt at infofajagirl@gmail.com. We'll replace it with the same item, size, style, and color. No exceptions.
